Previously operating from one office on Mayfair’s prestigious Conduit Street, we worked with Sotheby’s International Realty to launch a number of new offices, initially in four strategic locations across the UK.
Following the successful launch of the new offices Sotheby’s needed an advertising campaign to stand out from strong competition and put a clear stake in the ground. Working closely with their management and head office marketing teams to research key points of difference that would be meaningful to potential vendors we created a campaign that showcased their unique international network and how that benefits their clients.
With more than 670 offices and 13,000 sales associates across 49 countries and territories, Sotheby's International Realty is committed to helping its clients find a home in the world's most desired locations. All its stock is shared across their entire network which means a property in Sandbanks can and will be marketing by agents from Miami to Ibiza. Our campaign played on this key point to create memorable messaging with a familiar 'passport stamp' device. The campaign was featured in The Sunday Times, Financial Times and used on postcards as direct mail.
