Overview
John D Wood & Co is one of Countrywide plc’s ‘prestige’ estate agency brands and are responsible for selling some of London’s most expensive homes. Parent were briefed to design a new website with the focus on user experience and property search.
A well established brand with a traditional client base, the challenge was to attract a new younger market whilst retaining the traditionalists that the brand was built on.
We created a site driven by search, leading with full bleed imagery that is pulled from their database of available properties and the simple message ‘The search for your new home starts here’ within a search field. The site is responsive for optimum mobile and tablet use.
