Overview
Savills is one of the UK’s most well-known property brands and a global real estate provider listed on the London Stock Exchange.
With their agents relying on outdated printed ‘pitch packs’ to market their services and benefits to vendors, Savills were keen to develop a new system to give agents access to up-to-date market figures and comparable properties on-the-go in a digital format.
We designed and built an iPad application to allow Savills’ negotiators to present key market data and Savills USPs to potential customers alongside displaying comparable properties. Fully managed by a multi-level bespoke CMS allowing different levels of administration for users from head office to branch admins. The app is distributed in-house via a secure server to registered agents and has recently been rolled out across the UK.

Property price forecast data is displayed by region.
A fully searchable 'comparable properties' database is edited at branch level and can be filtered by price using the sliding filter. Properties can then be saved to 'favourites'.
Mapping data displays a branch's properties on an interactive map.
